Getting Started
Welcome to the Femina OS documentation. This guide walks you through accessing the system and finding the information you need.
What is Femina OS?
Femina OS is the internal operational management system for Femina Hip Tanzania, built by Taifa Innovations & Technologies Ltd. It centralises all program data — clubs, clubbers, publications distribution, projects, partners, and field reports — in one place.
The system is available at: https://feminaos.rufaa.co.tz
Logging In
- Navigate to
https://feminaos.rufaa.co.tz. - Enter your email address and password.
- Click Login.
If you do not have an account, ask a Root user to create one for you in Settings → User Management.
If you have forgotten your password, click Forgot password? on the login screen to receive a reset link.
Your Role
Every user in Femina OS has exactly one role. Your role determines which modules and actions you can access. The six roles are:
| Role | Who it is for |
|---|---|
| Root | System administrators |
| Outreach Manager | Senior outreach staff overseeing field operations |
| M&E Coordinator | Monitoring & evaluation leads |
| Outreach Officers | Field officers managing clubs in their zone |
| M&E Officer | Supporting M&E staff (permissions configured per deployment) |
| Mentor | School-based mentors assigned to clubs |
See Roles & Permissions for a full breakdown of what each role can do.
System Modules
After logging in you will see the sidebar with the modules your role can access:
| Module | What it manages |
|---|---|
