Welcome to the Femina OS documentation. This guide walks you through accessing the system and finding the information you need.

What is Femina OS?

Femina OS is the internal operational management system for Femina Hip Tanzania, built by Taifa Innovations & Technologies Ltd. It centralises all program data — clubs, clubbers, publications distribution, projects, partners, and field reports — in one place.

The system is available at: https://feminaos.rufaa.co.tz

Logging In

1. Navigate to https://feminaos.rufaa.co.tz.
2. Enter your email address and password.
3. Click Login.

If you do not have an account, ask a Root user to create one for you in Settings → User Management.

If you have forgotten your password, click Forgot password? on the login screen to receive a reset link.

Getting Help

For access issues, contact a Root user at your organisation. For technical problems or system errors, contact Taifa Innovations & Technologies Ltd.
