Projects
The Projects module manages Femina Hip's programmatic initiatives. It tracks project details and links them to partner contributions and field activities.
Overview

Projects are time-bound initiatives with defined goals. Each project record stores descriptive information and can be linked to partner contributions from the Partners module.
Key Concepts
- Project — a named initiative with a start date, end date, and description
- Contribution — a partner funding or in-kind input linked to the project (managed in Partners)

Features
Project List
A searchable list of all projects with name, start date, end date, and status.
Project Details
Each project record shows:
- Project name and description
- Start and end dates
- Linked partner contributions
Workflows
Creating a New Project
- Navigate to Projects in the sidebar.
- Click + Add Project.
- Enter the project name, description, start date, and end date.
- Click Save.
Editing a Project
- Navigate to Projects and click the project row.
- Click Edit in the detail panel.
- Update the fields and click Save.
Viewing Linked Contributions
- Open the project record.
- Partner contributions linked to this project appear in the contributions section.
FAQ
How is a project linked to a partner contribution? Contributions are recorded on the partner's record in the Partners module. When adding a contribution, select the relevant project to link them.
Can a project be deleted? Only Root users can delete projects. Linked contributions must be reassigned first.
